Mikel Arteta says he is happy at Arsenal but insists there is no update on his contract situation at the club.
The Gunners boss’ current deal is up at the end of next season but he has yet to commit his long-term future to the club.
But Arteta insists he is happy at the club and is only focused on the short-term.
“I am really happy, I still have a year on my contract and that’s a long time in football,” he said.
“The players are happy, the club is happy, no issues.
“I’m just focused on the games and winning football matches, and that’s the most important thing right now.”
