Premier League leaders Arsenal will host League One side and former FA Cup winners Wigan Athletic in the fourth round of the competition.
Arsenal came from behind to beat Portsmouth 4-1 on Sunday thanks to a Gabriel Martinell hat-trick to book their place in the fourth round.
Meanwhile, Chelsea face a trip to Hull City following their victory over Charlton Athletic on Saturday in new Blues boss Liam Rosenior’s first game in charge.
Should Liverpool get past League One side Barnsley, they will face fellow Premier League side Brighton at Anfield, who knocked out Manchester United in the third round.
Two Premier League sides that will certainly be facing each other in the fourth round are Aston Villa and Newcastle, with the Magpies facing a tough trip to Villa Park.
Manchester City have been handed another home tie, meanwhile, and will match up with either Salford City or Swindon Town of League Two having thrashed League One Exeter City 10-1 to progress.
