Leandro Trossard says he is loving life at Arsenal.

The forward was linked with a move away in the summer but penned a new deal with the Gunners and has established himself as a key player under Mikel Arteta this season.

Asked if he’d like to stay beyond the end of his current deal, which runs out in 2027, the Belgian said: “I think so.

“Obviously I still have two years left and then we will see what the club wants as well, where do they see me, where I am at that point but I’m loving life at Arsenal.

“I’m really happy to be here, it’s such a great club. Obviously we are in a really good moment and I hope I can win things with Arsenal.”

Trossard has played a big part in Arsenal’s start to the season, featuring 12 times in all competitions and scored the crucial winner against Fulham.

“I’m happy with my contributions at the moment,” he said.

“I think I’m in a good moment with the team, everything is going well so I hope I can continue my form and also the form of the team.”
