Mikel Arteta does not expect Gabriel Martinelli to feature against Porto on Tuesday but says he is waiting to make a decision on Takehiro Tomiyasu.
Martinelli missed team training ahead of their round of 16 second leg as the Gunners look to overturn a 1-0 deficit and make it to the quarter-finals.
The winger was absent from the win over Brentford on Saturday after sustaining a foot injury in the prior game against Sheffield United and looks set to miss out again against Porto.
Tomiyasu took part in their open training session, however, having missed the past five games through injury.
And Arteta says he is waiting to see whether either can be involved.
“We still have 24 hours and we’re trying to have everyone fit for tomorrow,” Arteta said.
“Tomi did the first part (of training), Gabi didn’t. We’ll see.
“Percentage you want [on Martinelli playing]? There are options. Sorry to disappoint you!”
