Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says there is a “big possibility” that Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard will be back for north London derby.

Havertz has missed the last two games with a muscle injury, while Odegaard was absent in the draw with Wolves.

“We have to wait until tomorrow but there is a big possibility that they are available for the game,” Arteta said on the duo ahead of the clash with Tottenham.

Arteta also says Leandro Trossard is “fine” after being forced off against Wolves.

Arsenal are looking to bounce back from their 2-2 draw with Wolves on Wednesday when they take on Spurs, and Arteta says he is encouraged by the reaction he has seen from his players.

“What I’ve seen is a tremendous reaction again, and I’m not surprised at all,” he said.

“I mean, when you lose points in the last kick of the game again, in a very unpredictable manner, I would say, because to predict somebody with a 0.02 expected goal shot to concede an equaliser in the manner that we did it, nobody can really understand that. But this is football, that’s the beauty of it.”
