Live updates from the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth host Tottenham.

Frank reflects on another defeat

“I really like the character of the team. The players gave everything.

“The second half, I think we were completely on top and kept going even through disappointment and small setbacks, like we’ve said before. I’ve worked very hard with the team on that.

“After the equaliser, I think we are closer to winning than Bournemouth are, with Micky’s header and other good opportunities. So to sit here after conceding in extra time is very painful, very tough, but that’s football.”

Frank worried about Bergvall's injury

Frank on Bergvall’s injury: “I don’t know exactly the update. My initial thought is it’s probably not top with Lucas.

“He’s gone off for the second time in, what was it the Crystal Palace game where he went off I think it was? So yeah.”

On Kudus, Frank says he will know more about the severity of his injury tomorrow.

Thomas Frank reaction

“That’s football unfortunately. It’s extremely painful to be on the Tottenham side after the game. We put everything into the game, the boys worked really hard, the staff worked hard to come down here and try and get a result.

“We went 1-0 up, conceded two second-phase goals – especially the second one, we have to do much better. Then the second half the character and mentality, the focus to stay in the game and keep going against a difficult counter-attacking team was very pleasing to see.

“I thought we were closer to winning than Bournemouth were.”

Frank fires back at question over Arsenal cup

Thomas Frank was not too happy after being asked about him being spotted drinking out of a cup with an Arsenal badge on it before the game.

“I definitely didn’t notice it.

“It would be absolutely, completely stupid of me to take a cup with Arsenal on it. Anyone thinking I’ve done that or the staff has done that, they’ve (Arsenal) been in the changing room before us and it’s normal to take a cup and have an espresso, I do that before every game.

“I think it’s actually a little bit sad in football that I need to be asked a question about that. I think we’re definitely going on in the wrong direction if we need to worry about me having a cup with a logo of another club.

“Of course I would never do that (on purpose), that’s completely stupid.”
