We’ll have live updates from the Premier League clash below.
Thanks for following our live blog on what was a very disappointing night for Chelsea!
More reaction to come on our website.
Hear more from Maresca here in his post-match press conference, including on the Chelsea fans’ chants, Madueke’s injury, and Cole Palmer’s frustrations.
“It’s not only mentally. When you perform like we did tonight, there are many things that you can do better.
“Now is the moment we need to stick together.
“It’s probably the worst performance since I arrived.”
Maresca says Chelsea are “still in a good position” and that his side will do everything to finish the season strongly.
Maresca says the lack of a proper number nine in the team meant his side had to change.
“We arrived quite well to the edge of the box but we struggle from there.”
Maresca: “The frustration is about everything in this kind of game.
“We feel really sorry for the fans who come here. In the moment we are and the position we are with 14 games to go, we need to do a lot better than we were tonight.”
“He’s got the potential to play for the top teams. You saw today the ability he can produce. It’s amazing.”
“We feel it in the dressing room and from the fans. They made an amazing atmosphere.”
Minteh speaking to Sky Sports: “The whole team pushes me and tells me it’s not enough.
“Everybody has treated me like their own brothers. Everything is going well.”
Just two wins in the last nine Premier League games now for Chelsea.
What had looked as though it could be a much improved season looks rapidly at risk of fading away.
A well deserved win for Brighton as Minteh’s double and Mitoma’s superb opener hand Chelsea another defeat on the south coast.
A really poor night for Chelsea, who were toothless in attack and disorganised at the back. Much work to do for Maresca to turn things around.
Lamptey gets some space down the left but shoots well wide.
There will be 6 minutes of added time.
Huge applause for Minteh as he goes off following a fantastic double tonight.
He’s replaced by Adingra.
A good stop from Verbruggen to prevent an own goal. George has been lively since he came on and gets in down the right before drilling the ball across the area. Webster gets there to clear but almost diverts it into his own net.
This could have been so much worse for Chelsea. Veltman gets in behind but his effort from close range is saved by Jorgensen onto the post.
Maresca’s side have been really poor at the back.
Welbeck and Baleba go off to a standing ovation and are replaced by Ayari and O’Riley.
It’s been a superb performance from Minteh, whose two goals have helped Brighton lead 3-0 with less than ten minutes remaining.

Minteh whips in a dangerous free-kick but Joao Pedro heads it over the bar.
Moments after coming on, Joao Pedro is presented with a big chance to score after Jorgensen passes it straight to the Brighton man but he fires high and wide from distance with the keeper still out of his goal.
A big chance for Mitoma to grab a fourth for Brighton. He runs all the way from in his own half on the counter but fires straight at Jorgensen when he gets through on goal.
Maresca has responded by making a double substitution, bringing on Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Tyrique George for Moises Caicedo and Pedro Neto.
Minteh again! Brighton win the ball back high up, not for the first time in this game, before Minteh plays a lovely one-two with Welbeck. He then skips past Cucurella after receiving the ball back and fires past Jorgensen. Shades of his first goal.
3-0 Brighton.

It’s been pretty comfortable for Brighton so far, who still lead 2-0 as the clock goes past the hour mark. Chelsea have created very little.
Chelsea have enjoyed all of the possession since half time but lack serious threat.
Brighton looking comfortable and hoping to hit Chelsea on the counter attack and put the match out of sight.
