Brilliant Bournemouth hand Arsenal title race blow

Arsenal’t title hopes took a big blow as they were beaten 2-1 at home by in-form Bournemouth.

Viktor Gyokeres had equalised from the penalty spot after Junior Kroupi had fired the visitors ahead from close range.

But Alex Scott scored a second-half winner to hand his side all three points.

Arsenal are still nine points ahead of Manchester City, but their title rivals have two games in hand and still have to face Mikel Arteta’s side at home.
