Calafiori joins up with Arsenal, Osimhen to Chelsea? – Latest transfer news

Riccardo Calafiori has linked up with his new Arsenal team-mates on their pre-season tour of the USA with the Italian defender expected to sign a five-year deal with the Gunners.

Arsenal are set to pay in the region of £40m for the 22-year-old who could make his debut against Liverpool later this week.

Elsewhere, transfers journalist Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Napoli would be willing to include striker Victor Osimhen in discussions over a move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

Osimhen has reportedly agreed on a move to PSG but the two clubs are yet to reach a deal.

Romano also says goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen is set to undergo a medical with Chelsea ahead of a €24.5m move from Villarreal.

Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino is also set to join the club for £17m before going back out on loan to the Argentinian club, according to various reports.

Sky Sports say a deal for Manchester United to sign Bayern Munich full-back Noussair Mazraoui is advancing, though claim the move could depend on Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaving Man Utd.

West Ham, who previously looked set to sign Mazraoui before the deal collapsed, are said to be in talks over a deal for Wan-Bissaka but are yet to agree on a fee with Man Utd wanting more than £15m.

The Red Devils are also still in talks for another Bayern Munich defender in Matthijs de Ligt, Sky Sports say.

Liverpool have rejected an £11.8m bid from French club Marseille for Japan midfielder Wataru Endo, the Daily Mail report.

And Spurs duo Bryan Gil and Emerson Royal both look set to leave north London, joining Girona on loan and AC Milan permanently respectively.
