Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and Chelsea all draw Premier League opposition – Carabao Cup fourth round draw in full

There are several all Premier League ties in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.

Following their 2-0 win over Port Vale, Arsenal will face fellow Premier League side Brighton at home.

Spurs, meanwhile, face a difficult trip to the current holders of the trophy in Newcastle United.

Chelsea are also away, and will take on a struggling Wolves side.

Liverpool, meanwhile, face a rematch against their Community Shield opponents Crystal Palace.

Manchester City will take on Championship side Swansea City away.
