Oliver Glasner says he is hopeful that Daniel Munoz will not be out for the long term after going off with a shoulder injury against Tottenham.

Palace won 3-1 against their London rivals thanks to a double from Ismaila Sarr and another strike from January signing Joregn Strand Larsen.

But Munoz was forced off early on after landing awkwardly on his shoulder.

“His arm is in a brace and will have further assessment,” Glasner said on Munoz’s injury.

“He says he doesn’t feel so bad but with the shoulder it’s always tricky. Hopefully not too long.”

Glasner also hailed Sarr’s impact in helping his side to another big victory.

“He has the confidence and the players around him to give him the passes,” he said.

“The second goal, it’s outstanding from Adam (Wharton), but he’s always on the front foot and making these runs. He understands where to move, how to move, he has the pace, the physicality, finishing quality.

“He’s doing very well for us.”
