Lukas Nmecha is set to miss out again for Leeds when they face Brentford on Sunday.

The forward is recovering from a hamstring injury and is not yet ready to return, Leeds boss Daniel Farke has confirmed.

“He will also miss this game,” Farke said.

“He’s still a little bit symptomatic. He had a re-scan and it’s still not completely healed so he’s definitely out for this game.

“It’s difficult. The first step will be for him to return to team training. Of course, I would like to have him back as soon as possible, hopefully for the Crystal Palace game, but each and every day matters.

“We decide it from game to game so the first step is he has to return back to team training and he’s not back in team training yet.

“He’s still doing individual work with our rehab coaches and for that, no chance to be involved for this weekend.”
