David Moyes also says he wants more signings before the window shuts.
“We are pleased with the players we have added, but I am not pleased because I think I still need more. We want to continue to adding to what we have because we are short in certain areas.
“We have got some good business done but I would like more if possible.”
A blow for Everton, with David Moyes revealing earlier that Jarrad Branthwaite has suffered an injury.
“Jarrad picked up an injury in training so unfortunately we are going to miss him.
“I wouldn’t give [a time frame], but I’m sure the insider inside the club will give that out.”
Sky Sports say Chelsea have turned down Borussia Dortmund’s loan plus an obligation to buy offer for midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka, as they are not interested in loaning him out this summer and only want to sell him permanently.
Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner on the club failing in their appeal to be reinstated to the Europa League: “Everyone related to Palace was disappointed. But by Monday evening disappointment was gone.
“No point taking mood into week, and after winning penalty shootout in Community Shield. We knew we could face this verdict, but this week we are focused on preparing for Chelsea and Conference League qualifying.
“It will still be first time Crystal Palace play European football and that is big goal of us to qualify for group stage.”

Watch Mikel Arteta’s full press conference here from earlier this afternoon here:
“Kovacic is not ready, Josko is not ready. The other ones are ready and they travel and tomorrow we’ll make the selection.”
Phil Foden, along with Rodri, are set to be a part of the squad.
Guardiola says Rodri is available this weekend but he will have his minutes managed as he builds up his fitness following another injury blow during the Club World Cup.
Guardiola on James McAtee ahead of his expected move to Nottingham Forest: “I would love to have McAtee with me but it’s the same. Too many players and he wanted more minutes.
“He believed going to another place, he will have it, and I understand completely.
“We would love to take more players from the academy, to be patient, to have time like Phil (Foden) had but in that moment we are playing to win Premier Leagues and trebles and quadruples and sometimes the experience is more difficult.
“Macca had the potential to be with us years and years but sometimes they want more minutes and it’s fair enough.”
“If they want to leave, they will come to me.
“I’m working with them because they are here. If they want to leave, they will knock on my door.”
He also says both Savinho and Ederson are injured for this weekend.
“Savinho is injured from Palermo. A few weeks he will be out.”
Is Ederson injured too? “Apparently yeah.”
“What’s going to happen? Nobody knows. It’s three weeks.”
Pep Guardiola says he wants Savinho to stay at the club this summer, amid reported interest from Tottenham.
“I’m only concerned today that Savinho will be with us for the rest of the season. Hopefully for many, many years because he’s 21-years-old and with the potential that he has.
“He played a lot of minutes. He has to improve his final decisions but he’s an extraordinary player, otherwise he would not play more than 3,000 minutes.
“In the end, as always, the desire of the player propels above everything. But after that, there has to be an agreement with the club. If there’s not an agreement, the player will be here.”
We spoke to TNT Sports pundit Ally McCoist ahead of the start of the new Premier League season – who is backing Liverpool to finish above Arsenal and win the league again.

More here from Leeds boss Daniel Farke on Calvert-Lewin, wanting more attacking signings, and the fitness of Jayden Bogle.
“If you keep digging, digging and digging, then one day the gold is going to be there. All the time, it is what I have been taught my whole life.”
“For the last three seasons we have more points [combined] than anybody else in the league and that says a lot about our consistency. Now we just have to do it in a season.”
“He is going to have a tremendous impact in the team and his adaptation has been really, really good and we are happy to have him.
“Many strikers have come from different leagues and been successful and it’s on us to create the right conditions for him [Gyokeres] to be successful.”
Following criticism from former Arsenal skipper Tony Adams about the decision to have Martin Odegaard as captain of the club, Arteta has defended the Norway international.
“My opinion is clear, and it is the same as all the staff and the players. I asked them to vote [for] the captain yesterday and by a mile, by a mile, they all choose the same person, Martin Odegaard. Which is the most clear sign you can have of how the squad feel we can improve.”
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has just given his pre-match press conference ahead of the clash with Man Utd on Sunday – and says he hopes to have Leandro Trossard back available for the clash.
The forward has been nursing an injury but Arteta says he is set to train ahead of the game.
Ruben Amorim when asked about Rasmus Hojlund’s future: “He is one more option, we will see. Rasmus is still our player.”
Ruben Amorim is giving his pre-match press conference ahead of United’s game against Arsenal on Sunday and says new striker Benjamin Sesko is ready to play.
“We didn’t have a lot of time but he is ready,” said Amorim. “Physically he is ready, that is a big component in our league, then he is really smart, he is ready to play, we will see if he is going to start.”
Leeds boss Daniel Farke has confirmed in his pre-match press conference ahead of their game against Everton on Monday that the club are set to sign striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin on a free transfer.

Both Talksport and Sky Sports are reporting that Bayern Munich are in talks with Chelsea over a deal for Christopher Nkunku.
The Blues forward will be allowed to leave the club this summer should a suitable offer arrive.
It has not been an ideal summer for Nuno Espírito Santo and Nottingham Forest, with the Reds boss admitting the club are “very far from where we should be” in an interview with Sky Sports yesterday.
But he looks set to have some positive news soon, with attackers Omari Hutchinson, James McAtee and Arnaud Kalimuendo all closing in on signing for the club.
Ahead of tonight’s opening Premier League game between Liverpool and Bournemouth, Arne Slot has paid a heartfelt tribute to Diogo Jota, who died earlier this summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “When things were difficult, Diogo helped the club, and me, but even before I arrived, so many times in difficult moments.
“So, we try to get the best out of ourselves, all become a bit Diogo in this difficult time and to act like he always did.”
