Harry Kane a doubt for England’s friendly with Wales

England striker Harry Kane was not involved in team training ahead of the friendly against Wales.

The Bayern Munich forward is nursing an ankle injury and is a doubt for the friendly clash at Wembley.

Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarrell Quansah also missed out and, like Kane, instead took part in individual training indoors.

The Three Lions take on their rivals on Thursday night, with the last clash between the two sides ending in a 3-0 win for England at the 2022 World Cup.

All of the other members of the England squad trained ahead of the clash.

Man City defender Nico O’Reilly could be in line for his England debut after being called up as a replacement for Reece James, who dropped out of the squad with injury.
