PEP GUARDIOLA is to firm up his interest in his former Bayern Munich striker Douglas Costa with a £45m bid for the Brazil international.
Manchester City have long been linked with the striker who played under Guardiola in Germany before he was signed by Juventus on loan in 2017 and a permanent basis two years ago.
Now, according to Tuttosport, City are ready to lodge a bid amid rival interest from Paris Saint-Germain for the 29-year-old.
