TOTTENHAM face increasing competition from Paris Saint-Germain as they look to complete a deal for Atalanta defender Timothy Castagne.
The Belgian international defender, who can also play in midfield, has been closely linked with a move to London for about a month.
But now, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, PSG have made it clear they really want the 24-year-old to replace Dortmund-bound Thomas Meunier.
Speaking before PSG stepped up their interest, Castagne said last month: :“You have to be honest with yourself. When a team like PSG or Tottenham come knocking on your door, you can’t say ‘no’.”
