Moyes confident Everton star will return against Ipswich

David Moyes expects Harrison Armstrong to be available for Saturday’s clash with Ipswich Town, but Merlin Röhl remains sidelined.

Armstrong missed the midweek Carabao Cup win over Wolves with a knock, although David Moyes is hopeful the midfielder will be fit enough to return to the squad.

“We’re still waiting on Harrison a little bit to see how he is,” Moyes said.

“We’re expecting him to be okay, Harrison.”

Röhl, however, will miss out again after sitting out Everton’s last two matches through injury.

“Merlin Röhl is not available yet,” Moyes added. “Hopefully he’ll be ready at the end of the international break.”

Summer signing Christian Nørgaard also remains unavailable.
