Mikel Arteta says he intends to keep Arsenal duo Gabriel Jesus and Jorginho at the club this summer.
Jorginho’s current deal expires in the summer while speculation has surrounded the future of Jesus in recent days.
But Arteta says he is unsure where that has come from.
“I don’t know where this is coming from,” Arteta said.
“We have no intention of letting him leave.”
And on Jorginho, Arteta added: “I would love to keep him, he knows that.
“The club is fully supportive of that. He’s a really important player with us on and off the field and he makes us better, so we want him to stay.”
Arteta also confirmed that Jurrien Timber is available to return to the squad for the clash with Bournemouth.
