West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo says striker Pablo has started individual rehab work as he works his way back from injury.

The forward has missed the last three games with a calf issue and is set to miss out again when the Hammers take on Liverpool.

Providing an update on the 22-year-old’s recovery, Espirito Santo said: “He didn’t join us yet, he’s starting his individual programme.

“He’s improving day by day and like I said, we keep assessing him to see when he can return.

“It all depends on him and how he adapts to the load again.

“Hopefully soon. We miss him.”
