England secured their place in pot one of the draw for the European Championships despite a disappointing 1-1 draw with North Macedonia on Monday night.
It means Gareth Southgate’s side will have the best possible seeding for the draw in December after getting the point they required to do so, with Harry Kane coming off the bench to equalise after a controversial penalty decision against Rico Lewis had put North Macedona ahead.
There is still a way to go before the competition starts, but we’ve asked our team to select their opening game starting 11s as it stands if everyone is fit and available, as well as one player they think should drop out of the squad and one player who should be included despite not being guaranteed to travel to Germany…
