Spurs reach Solanke deal, Arsenal agree to let another player leave – latest transfer news

Tottenham have agreed a deal to sign Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke for a fee in the region of £60m, according to the Athletic’s David Ornstein.

The report also says Solanke has agreed personal terms with Spurs, with the 26-year-old closing in on completing his move to the club after scoring 19 Premier League goals last season.

Ornstein also says Arsenal are ready to let striker Eddie Nketiah leave the club for Marseille on an initial season-long loan followed by a buy obligation in the region of €30m.

Crystal Palace have rejected a bid worth £50m from Newcastle for defender Marc Guehi, according to Sky Sports.

It is the second bid the Magpies have had rejected for the 24-year-old, with Palace reportedly holding out for £65m.

Elsewhere, West Ham have agreed a deal with Nice for the signing of defender Jean-Clair Todibo, Sky Sports say.

It had looked as though Todibo would be joining Juventus but the Italian club have failed to reach an agreement with Nice, with West Ham now set to sign the 24-year-old on an initial loan with an option to buy for €40m.

Conor Gallagher is finally expected to complete his long awaited move to Atletico Madrid and sign a five-year contract at the club.

Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea are set to sign another goalkeeper in Genk’s Mike Penders for a deal worth up to €20m, with the goalkeeper spending this coming season back on loan at his current club.

The Times say Real Sociedad are trying to persuade Liverpool target Martin Zubimendi to stay at the club, and also report that Wilfried Zaha is open to returning to Crystal Palace after just a year at Galatasaray.

And former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is set to make his return to football by signing for Fiorentina after a year out of the game.
