Sunderland forward ready to play a part says Le Bris

Régis Le Bris says Chemsdine Talbi has shown he is “all in” with Sunderland after putting the uncertainty surrounding his future behind him.

Talbi was the subject of transfer speculation during the summer but remained at the Stadium of Light.

The young winger then fired the Black Cats to Carabao Cup victory by scoring the winner in their 1-0 win over Hull City.

And Le Bris says Talbi is ready to play a role this season.

“He showed against Hull that he’s all in with us, no doubt, which is impressive for a young guy because you can say what you want, but this period is always hard to manage,” Le Bris said.

“But one day after the end of the market in Saudi, it’s done, now switch on with us.”
