Tottenham confirm head coach Igor Tudor’s father has died

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that head coach Igor Tudor’s father has died.

The Spurs boss did not do his post-match media duties after Sunday’s loss to Nottingham Forest with the club explaining it was because of a family bereavment.

And Tottenham have now expressed their condolences to the Croatian boss and his family.

“Everyone at Tottenham Hotspur is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Igor Tudor’s father, Mario,” the club said.

“Our thoughts and condolences go out to Igor and his family during this incredibly difficult time.”
