Erik ten Hag admits he was left unhappy with his Manchester United side’s performance in their 1-1 draw with Brentford.
Mason Mount looked to have won it late on for United but Kristoffer Ajer struck in the ninth minute of added time to salvage a well deserved point for the Bees.
Brentford had 31 shots to United’s 11 with an expected goals figure of 2.60 to the away side’s 0.50.
And ten Hag says his team’s performance was not good enough.
“I’m not happy with the performance,” he said.
“The players are also disappointed by the performance.
“We should be consistent in the way we go into a game and perform and show more aggressiveness especially.
“We didn’t deserve to win, but if you’re winning you have to take it.
“We showed resilience all the game but in aggressiveness, Brentford was better. We should show more passion and desire.”
