Hayters, founded as a sports editorial agency in 1955, is a major player in sports broadcasting, video and social media journalism. We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team and bring stories from the world of football to life through compelling video content.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for storytelling, strong technical expertise, and experience creating engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos of interviews with people from the world of sport.
- Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production quality.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Manage post-production tasks, including colour correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
- Conceptualise creative ways to bring stories to life through video while overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting and audio recording.
- Ability to operate professional video cameras and other equipment.
- Creativity and storytelling skills to produce visually compelling content.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media video trends and formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- A strong knowledge and interest in football, including women’s football.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video work is required.
- Travel is required, so a full driving license and access to a car is preferred.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
