Arsenal have another Caicedo bid rejected | Premier League transfer round-up 30/01

Chelsea have reopened talks about a move for Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

The Telegraph say the Blues are pushing to sign the Argentinian ahead of Tuesday’s transfer deadline having been unsuccessful with their attempts to conclude a deal earlier in the window.

Brighton have rejected a second bid from Arsenal for wantaway midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to the Athletic.

Caicedo has stated publicly that he would like to leave the club this month but Brighton are keen on keeping him until at least the summer, with the latest bid from the Premier League leaders said to be worth £65m plus £5m in add-ons.

German publication Bild are reporting that Tottenham have submitted a £22m bid for Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are reportedly keeping tabs on current Chelsea attacker Joao Felix.

Felix joined the club on loan until the end of the season from Atletico Madrid earlier this month but Spanish publication Sport say Barcelona could be interested in a summer move.

Inter Milan are targeting Manchester United central defender Victor Lindelof.

That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who says the 28-year-old is viewed as a replacement for Milan Skriniar should he join Paris-St Germain.

And finally, the Telegraph say Nottingham Forest are on the verge of signing Newcastle United’s Jonjo Shelvey on loan until the end of the season.
