Some BIG praise for youngster Reggie Walsh from Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca after tonight’s victory to send Chelsea to the Conference League final.

It’s now confirmed – Real Betis are through to the Conference League final and will face Chelsea.
James on 16-year-old Reggie Walsh who started tonight: “I’ve seen him in training but training and games is different but this is the first time I have seen him play. I didn’t realise how good he actually was.”
Reece James speaking to TNT Sports: “We’re happy. We’re in another final but it is probably something we excepted coming into the game and we expect to win the competition as well. Winning the trophy would be a huge achievement.
“We are definitely moving in the right direction. We’re knocking on the door for Champions League next season, the table is tight and I have no doubts. We had a good result against Liverpool and hopefully we can keep momentum going and finish the season strongly.”
Abde Ezzalzouli has just scored for Real Betis to make it 4-3 in extra time against Fiorentina in the other semi-final.
Goalscorer Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall speaking to TNT Sports: “It would mean everything (to win it). A lot of people would have said we should win this at the start of the season but I think if we do, we deserve a lot of credit.
“I know what football is like, it’s not easy. If we do win it, which I hope we can, the players and staff deserve a lot of credit. We have had pressure from the first match day, we have been professional and dedicated and now we have one more game.”
It wasn’t the most enthralling game, but Chelsea get the job done. 1-0 on the night and 5-1 on aggregate. Credit to Djurgarden, they gave it a good shot tonight. They could easily have rolled over but they certainly gave their travelling fans something to cheer about.
Enzo Maresca’s side have now booked their place in the Conference League final.
The final 10 minutes have turned into something of an exhibition. A chance for Chelsea to showcase their vast array of young talent. Those given an opportunity are not wasting it and the crowd are absolutely loving it.
Full credit to Maresca for giving these young stars an opportunity to shine
Antwi has only been on the pitch for a few minutes but he sizes up Bergh on the right and nutmegs him before putting a cross on a plate for Acheampong. Sadly he could not convert
This time it’s good work from George on the left, he gets to the byline and cuts the ball back to Dewsbury Hall. He runs on to it perfectly but can only drag it well wide of the goal
Almost unbelievably, Tyrique George has just missed from a yard out. Sancho put the cross on a plate for him, and he missed an open header from a yard out. It was blown for offside, but that has done nothing to save from the embarrassment of that effort
They looked down and out at the end of the first period but the Swedish side look rejuvenated here. All of the play is coming from them and if Chelsea don’t wake up they may find themselves level on the night
The Blues currently have 16-year-old Walsh, 17-year-old Mheuka and 19-year-old George on the pitch
Chelsea haven’t played well here today but have managed to avoid conceding and then scored at the right time. The Swedish side came here putting up a fight, but the fifth goal for Chelsea on aggregate feels like it might have been the knock-out blow
Barring a miracle, at 5-1 this tie should be dead and buried now. Djurgarden started well today but ultimately Chelsea’s quality hurt them. In reality the damage was all done last week, but Dewsbury Hall has added insult to injury
Chelsea have the breakthrough. They’ve not played well so far but they’ve got the goal that should put this tie out of sight. George receives the ball on the turn and plays a lovely ball through to Dewsbury Hall. The midfielder takes it well and finds some space before slotting past the keeper on the edge of the box
It is of course only his debut, but the youngster is struggling to see much of the ball. Chelsea as a team have struggled to hold much of the ball to be fair
Haarala is a busy man at the moment, and sees a shot well blocked this time by Benoit Badiashile. Djurgarden have been a lot better than they were last week it must be said
Dewsbury Hall with the chance of the game so far. Tyrique George did some excellent work on the right to beat a couple of players and get into the box, his shot was blocked and it fell to Dewsbury Hall. He let off a solid effort but comfortably saved
Djurgarden are starting to venture forward and they almost have a case for a penalty. Santeri Haarala is brought down just inside the box but the referee waves it away
The central defender has had a busy few minutes. He now receives a yellow card for stopping a promising attack from the visitors. He shrugs his shoulders in apparent surprise
Decent Chance for Chelsea as they have a free kick close to the Djurgarden box. It was a good ball in by James but only timidly headed into the hands of the keeper by Tosin
As you’d perhaps expect, Chelsea have taken early control of the game, with Jadon Sancho seeing a lot of the ball
