According to Mail Sport, Manchester City forward Jack Grealish has agreed to a number of financial sacrifices to push through his loan move to Everton.
Sunderland have officially signed Omar Alderete from Getafe on a four year deal.
The fee is £10.4 million

According to The Athletic, Alexander Isak is reusing to reintegrate into the Newcastle squad and there is no way back between club and player.
The Times are reporting that Isak has even vacated his home in Newcastle and put it up for sale
Manchester City have made contact with PSG over goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 26-year-old has been left out the French side’s Super Cup squad with the Italian not able to agree a new deal at the club, and the signing of Lucas Chevalier.
PSG’s asking price is €50m, which is deemed too high with Donnarumma having just one-year left on his current deal.
