It looks set to be a busy summer of clubs changing managers, with several of the top jobs in European football up for grabs.
Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Barcelona are all on the hunt for new bosses and more clubs could well join them.
Here are some of the top managers who look set to be free this summer…
Thomas Tuchel
The former Chelsea and PSG manager is to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season following a disappointing season so far, with the German giants trailing Bayer Leverkusen by ten points in the Bundesliga.
Tuchel has a wealth of experience at the top level and has a proven track record when it comes to winning trophies, having won league titles in Germany and France with Bayern and PSG, and the Champions League with Chelsea. His underwhelming spell at Bayern may have damaged his stock when it comes to the biggest jobs but he will no doubt have plenty of interested suitors when he does become available in the summer.

The Barca boss has his side third in La Liga behind Real Madrid and surprise package Girona, while their Champions League hopes hang in the balance following a 1-1 draw with Napoli in their round of 16 first leg.
The 44-year-old is still in the early stages of his managerial career, having only managed Qatar’s Al Sadd before taking the Barcelona job, but won La Liga with the Catalan club in 2023 and is widely admired for his stellar playing career. It would certainly be a big surprise if Xavi does not land another job in the near future.
Jose Mourinho
Mourinho is on the hunt for a job once again after being sacked by Roma in January following a poor run of form. The legendary coach had a mixed spell at the Italian club, disappointing in the league but performing well in Europe by winning the Europa Conference League and reaching the final of the Europa League.
His results speak for themselves, having won a trophy at almost every club he has been at. Whether the 61-year-old can still land one of Europe’s biggest jobs is questionable but he will not be short of offers.
Hansi Flick

But his time as Bayern Munich boss was incredibly successful. He won seven trophies with the club, including the Champions League, and was crowned UEFA’s European Manager of the Year in 2020. An interesting option to consider for big clubs on the hunt for a new boss.
Graham Potter
The Englishman has been out of work since he was sacked by Chelsea after just seven months in charge but the fact that things have not got any better since he departed the Blues means his reputation has not suffered as much as it might have done. He attracted plenty of plaudits for the job he did at Brighton & Hove Albion thanks to his attractive style of play and development of young talent, and another opportunity will surely arrive for the 48-year-old.
Antonio Conte
The Italian coach’s time at Tottenham is mostly remembered for his spectacular outburst in his final press conference in charge of the club. But the season prior, he secured Champions League football for Spurs and his managerial record is very impressive having won league titles with Juventus, Inter Milan and Chelsea. His defensive and counter-attacking style of play has been successful in the past but requires clubs to make certain sacrifices.
Zinedine Zidane

Across two spells, he won two league titles and three Champions League trophies but it seems as though it would take a significant opportunity to tempt Zidane back into management.
Julian Nagelsmann

His last job was with Bayern Munich, where he won the league title in 2022 before being sacked the following season with the club a point behind Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga table.
