Live updates from reporter James St Denis at Craven Cottage as Fulham face Liverpool in the Premier League.
Watch as Arne Slot gives his thoughts on the performance, and provides an update on Hugo Ekitike.
Liverpool boss Arne Slot speaking to Sky Sports: “We had our chances in the first half. We had a similar one with Cody Gakpo that they scored from. In an ideal world, we see a Liverpool team that is dominant but creates more chances. We scored two goals, scored two disallowed goals and hit the bar. Again, it wasn’t enough.
“The players are giving everything they have. I have to keep in mind that I have to keep them available. Alexander Isak is out and I have to overload or play Hugo more, a player who has never played in the Premier League. You have to manage that. We still have 11 very good players on the pitch.
“It’s not only for us, but many teams don’t create chances every game. It’s not perfect but at least we’ve created a few more chances today than last week.”
Harrison Reed speaking to Sky Sports after his stunning equaliser: “Kev has given me the ball and I had no other option but to hit one. What a feeling. Not sure on the celebration, I was a bit everywhere, but a deserved point definitely.”
Fulham boss Marco Silva speaking to Sky Sports: “The players are doing so much for the football club. The numbers are short. Harrison Reed is not playing the minutes he would like but he is the first one pushing the others to go forward. I am very pleased for him because if someone deserves a moment like that, it is him.”
Cody Gakpo speaking to BBC Sport: “It’s disappointing for us. We fought very hard in the second half, dominated at moments and tried to create chances to get through. At the end I scored in minute 95, they scored in minute 97 – a wonderful goal to be fair. Unlucky, unfortunate.
“This is a moment that can happen in a game. I was just sitting down so I did not see the moments before. I just saw him take a touch and shoot the ball into the top corner.
“I think if you are going to analyse the game maybe we should have scored more goals or defended the two goals better. In the end we should do much better. There were moments that we showed how good we were but it is up to us to stay consistent and put in overall better performances. I’m sure the wins will come again.”
Liverpool’s Florian Wirtz speaking to Sky Sports after the draw with Fulham: “Again, we are in a difficult situation because we drew two times. It’s not what we want, we want more. We have to get better but it’s still a process.”
