Live updates from Old Trafford as Manchester United host Brighton in the Premier League.
Here’s the reaction of Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim after the win over Brighton.
“We suffered a little bit in the end, but it would not be Manchester United without suffering a little bit.
“But I think we deserved the win against a very, very good team, a team that is really hard to press really high, but we did well.”
Hurzeler added: “There were positives. We showed belief, we showed personality, we showed character.
“I will never blame the referee, it is our responsibility.”
“Too many mistakes from us,” said Hurzeler. “We gave them four presents.”
“We have to take responsibility, we decided how this game ended.”
That was the final kick of the game as the referee brings it to an end. A third consecutive Premier League win for United who now climb into the top four for the first time this season. The incredible pressure that was on Amorim just a few weeks has already eased tremendously.
Disappointment for Hurzeler and Brighton who were capable of much more – as demonstrated in the final minutes of the match. On another day they could have got something from the game but ultimately they were deservedly beat.
United do add to their lead and it’s Mbeumo’s second of the day.
He fires into the roof of the net to secure the victory for his side.
Instead of keeping possession, United try to add to their lead.
Fernandes fires at Verbruggen from close range.
Brighton had everybody forward as they search for an equaliser.
Kadioglu takes a yellow card to prevent a counter attack from the hosts.
Brighton have one of the goals back and United will find themselves under real pressure now.
Kostoulas flicks home the header at the front post from a corner.
There will be an additional seven minutes of injury time played.
It will take something very special for Brighton to get anything from this.
The hosts are now keeping the ball in the corner as they look to run the clock down.
Brighton have threatened in the last few minutes but they may have left it too late.
Lammens produces a good save to keep out Kadioglu.
The Turkish international struck it well from range but it is flicked round the post.
Hurzeler makes his last substitution, taking off a more defensive player for a striker.
Tzimas replaces Wieffer.
Amorim makes his final substitutions, as Sesko and Cunha are withdrawn.
Zirkzee and Ugarte are sent on.
Sesko catches van Hecke as the pair compete for a header.
The Slovenian is shown a yellow card.
Rutter makes way for Kostoulas.
This game has completely turned on its head and Brighton are all over United now.
After cruising for so long, all of a sudden United find themselves under some pressure.
Brighton get forward again and Lammens has to get down low to deny an effort from Watson.
Welbeck takes and converts the free-kick for Brighton getting them back into this game.
It is struck well but Lammens should really do better.
Minteh charges through on goal and goes down under contact from Dorgu.
It is surely either a free-kick and a red card for Dorgu who was clearly the last man or no foul at all, but the decision is bizarrely a yellow card.
Fernandes cuts back to Mbeumo in a great position but the Cameroonian fails to score his second of the evening.
Verburggen gets down really well to keep the score somewhat respectable for his side.
More changes from United with Amad and Casemiro also withdrawn.
Dorgu and Mainoo enter the action for the final 20 minutes.
With his side holding a commanding lead, Amorim chooses to make a defensive change.
Heaven is on to replace Shaw.
United add a third and it comes from Mbeumo.
Sesko provides the assist as the Cameroonian cuts in and finishes with his left foot from the edge of the box.
Brighton make a triple change, with Milner, Gomez and Watson sent on by Hurzeler.
Baleba, Ayari and De Cuyper are the men to make way.
Brighton are continuing to give up possession cheaply.
Ayari gives the ball to Sesko just outside the area and the Slovenian rifles an effort at goal, but he cannot beat Verbruggen.
