Reaction from Maguire and Fernandes

Harry Maguire speaking to TNT Sports, “We have found ourselves in a difficult position this year. Coming into the game we knew it was a big game and we had to change our home form around.”

Bruno Fernandes talking to TNT Sports, “You could feel in moments that it is not working but for some reason the manager wants us to do that”

Reaction to follow

It was a chaotic five goal thriller.

Reaction will follow.

FULL TIME 3-2

United hold on and get the job done.

It was not the most vintage display from Amorim’s side but they did well to claim the result with just ten men for the whole of the second half.

Ipswich could have got more from the night but this result does not help their survival efforts.

Not long to go

Now entering the final few minutes and McKenna’s team are still behind.

Ipswich have not been second best and a draw would be a fairer result.

Despite the difficult situation they have been in, United still hold the lead and Amorim will hope that his side can claim all three points.

Ipswich pushing forward

The Tractor Boys have the man advantage and they are looking to utilise it as they push for an equaliser.

Scoreline flatters United's frontmen

There has been a hat trick of goals from set-pieces for United today.

The red card challenge

Ipswich's second of the night:

HALF-TIME 2-2

Ipswich took the lead after another slow start from the Reds which is becoming characteristic of United under Amorim.

Despite this United turned things around in just four minutes and looked comfortable with a 2-1 lead. This was until a red card for Dorgu once again flipped the game on its head.

Ipswich have equalised and will have a man advantage for the entirety of the second half.
